A. no display of 400 phone
1告知关闭来显（主叫透传）是国家工信部牵头并出台红台文件统一执行，属常态化工作。

2、推荐处理方案，如可通过后台查询详单了解用户真实号码；办理来电短信通知增值功能，，开通增值功能后通过软件了解。b、不能绑定手机号码或非法人名下固话

1确认反映的400电话是否转大网，针对号码转入运营商网络落地，国家要求绑定号码只能是3部固话。

2确认实名认证要求，答复认证要求属国家统一规范。
